Where Has Time Gone

Wow, where has time gone? One minute we're planning our watch shows and pop-ups, then WHAM! a certain virus hits.

While it's been a while since the last blog, watches and vintage have still been a big part of my life these last months.

Our pop-up at Zeitgeist Vintage Store was a HUGE success in October, but we returned for the month of December too. We met a lot of vintage watch fans and parted with lots of great pieces. Thanks to our new watch friends.

We first arrived at Zeitgeist on October 2, 2020

The success we experienced was most certainly the result of Zeitgeist's owner Dwane. He embraced us (well, not literally during the pandemic, of course), encouraged us, promoted us and was an all around incredible individual to work beside and just a cool cat. And on top of it, there are a group of vintage clothiers within the store (a store within a store, really) that also embraced us - thank you Zeitgeist Collective!

So what have I been up to since December you ask? Well, plenty! And I mean plenty - when you're at home a lot and you're wife is an incredible baker, you get to indulge...and work in the garden to work off those calories.

What's next? While I have been keeping very busy having fun within the watch world (hopefully you've been watching me over on Instagram and Facebook) and life in general over these past 14+ months, we seem to be turning a corner on this pandemic thing so interactions are on the horizon again and that means watch, vintage and collectible shows.

So, where has the time gone? It really hasn't gone anywhere. For me, it's been a time of adaption and learning and having a better appreciation of all that is in my life and I am thankful.

I've got mine, have you got yours?
